Order InfoTerms: COD Check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover accepted. Net accounts with approved credit. Production: Normal production time is 10 working days but may take more time under certain circumstances. A 5-Day Rush Service is available for a 15% upcharge, and a 3-Day Rush Service is available for a 30% upcharge. Artwork: No charge for typesetting or logo resize & touchup. We have most standard logos and clip art. Artwork can be submitted electronically by e-mail to art@blueridgesportswear.com . Illustrator EPS files are preferred. Screen-printing: All standard ink colors available, and we will mix to match sample or PMS number. Puff ink available for caps at no extra charge. Embroidery: For orders of less than 48 pcs., there is a first-time digitizing charge of $50. Pricing includes a embroidered logo of up to 9 colors and 10,000 stitches. Personal first names embroidered for $5.00 each. Combined Quantity Pricing: Cap styles may be combined for quantity pricing. Garment styles may be combined for quantity pricing. Imprint or embroidery must be exact same. Catalog minimums must be met for each style ordered. Canceled Orders: Customer will be responsible for any costs incurred at time of cancellation. Availability: All orders are subject to availability of size and colors. We are not responsible for shortages or discontinued items. Trademark Usage: All copy, logos, and artwork submitted by the customer for use by us in producing the items ordered will be accepted by us as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection.
